Leeds United are pondering the idea of signing Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Dennis from Nottingham Forest.
Dennis is surplus to requirement at the City Ground following his dismal performance with the club last season.
The striker joined from Watford FC last summer for £20m, and managed to
contribute just two goals in twenty five matches.
Nottingham Forest however are not ready to keep the striker and are open to moving him on as quickly as possible.
The 25-year-old is now under the radar of Leeds United,.who themselves got relegated from the Premier League last season.
According to reports, Leeds like the player and will make an enquiry on his availability.
Leeds are in the market for a new striker to partner Patrick Bamford, in order to relieve him of the goal, after his form dropped significantly due to injuries and inconsistency in front of goal.
So, Leeds are now preparing a bid for the striker and will present it to Nottingham Forest in the coming days.
Dennis is reportedly one of Leeds United’s top targets in their fight for promotion back to the PL next season , but Nottingham will
demand for a few closer to what they paid to sign the Nigerian from Watford.
