Enyimba goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has described his side’s achievement as  extraordinary after clinching a nineth league title.

Enyimba were crowned 2022-2023 Champions after a 1-1 draw against Rivers United in the final game of the Championship playoff at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Sunday.

Enyimba have now won the title nine times, three more than closest rivals Rangers international.

“I have the feeling we’ve done something great. It’s something extraordinary. I feel proud to be part of the squad,

“I feel great about this success and I’m grateful to God for making it happen.” He told brila.net.

Ojo Olorunleke is among the four home based players invited by Coach Jose Peseiro for the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sierra Leone.

Others are Devine Nwachukwu, Victor Sochima, and Ebube Duru.
