Former Nigeria international Garba Lawal had expressed worries on the form of Nigeria’s Super Eagles at the back of the teams outing in the October international friendlies against Algeria and Tunisia in Austria but earnestly hope the team comes back better when they continue their AFCON qualifiers next month.
Lawal speaking in a chat with brila.net said he is very much aware that African football comes with its own peculiarities as against what the players experience week in week out in Europe.
He thereafter added that he hopes they are able to also meet up with the hard demand of playing and picking results on the continent.
