Nigeria’s Flying Eagles coach Ladan Bosso praised his team for their emphatic win over Italy on Wednesday.

The Nigerian team sealed a round of 16 tickets at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup with a 2-0 win over Gill Azzurrini on Wednesday.

The Nigerians lead Group B with six points, three more than Brazil in second place and third-placed side Italy.

“You have seen it, it’s a good thing that we have orientated our boys on how to get the Italians, and we stuck to our tactics.

“So, that is a good thing that the boys are working according to the tactics, and the praise goes to Almighty Allah that we have gotten the victories”, he stated.

Nigeria will face Brazil in the final group game on Saturday in La Plata.
