Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho saw 90 minutes of action on Friday night at the King Power Stadium as Leicester City saw off Sheffield United 1-0 to reach the last 8 of the English FA Cup.
Iheanacho would have hoped to continue his impressive FA Cup goal scoring form, but it was his strike partner, Jamie Vardy who would deliver for the Foxes.
The Englishman was teed up by Algerian Midfield ‘Pixie’, Riyad Mahrez with a cross to the far end of the post, which the former headed home beautifully.
Both Iheanacho and Ndidi also probed the opposition defence; searching for their own hooray on the night, but were compensated with just the win.
Iheanacho tweeted after the game with some light praise for the team.
