Nigeria’s 100m champion Kanyinsola Ajayi clinched victory in the men’s 100m at the Guldensporen Meeting in Kortrijk, Belgium on Saturday.

Ajayi delivered a commanding performance, crossing the finish line in 10.17 seconds (+1.0).

Ajayi outpaced his compatriot Favour Ashe, who finished second with a time of 10.31 seconds despite a near-limp finish.

Elvis Afrifa of the Netherlands secured third place, clocking in at 10.39 seconds.

Enoch Adegoke, another notable Nigerian sprinter, also competed, finishing sixth with a time of 10.67 seconds.
