Akwa United’s rock solid defender, Olisa Ndah has admitted that Kano Pillars pose a big threat to their title ambition.
Ndah made this known while speaking to brila.net ahead of the mouthwatering clash with the four time Nigerian champions.
Ndah and his colleagues will travel to Kano Pillars this Sunday for what looks to be their biggest challenge and anything less than at least a point will see them relinquish their lead on the table.
Meanwhile Kano Pillars boss Ibrahim Musa will welcome captain Ahmed Musa back to the squad after missing the midweek defeat to Rivers United due to National team engagement.
Musa who recent earned his 99th cap for the country is expected to start up front along side Nyima Nwagua.
“It’s going to be a very tough game, because we all know the qualities in the Kano pillars team, they are very good side with top talents” Ndah told brila.net.
“But I know we can hurt them. We are going there to give them a very good fight and hopefully return with a vital point. ” He told brila.net.
