Kada City won’t be relegated from NPFL, says Papa Idris

Kada City FC lanky defender Papa Idris has charged his teammates to focus on gaining more points from the subsequent matches in theNigeria Professional Football League.

The Usman Adams tutored side emerges the champions of the NFF/NNL Super Eight to gain promotion to the elite division alongside side Gombe United , Remo Stars and Bendel Insurance of Benin.

However the newly promoted teams are having a difficult time in the league and Kada City is not an exception, but Idris insists his side won’t go down come end of the season.

“We are hoping and praying that we won’t give us on what we wantto achieve.” the defender stated.

We are working to ensure that we do not drop points again.

“I believe with hard work, determination and commitment, we would be able to remain in the NPFL.

” We are not in the NPFL to do only one season and then go back to the NNL. We won’t be a flash in the pan. Kada City will remain in the NPFL and if possible get something.”

Kada City will visit Plateau United in one of the NPFL Matchday 10 clashes on Wednesday.
