Super Eagles and Kano Pillars Forward Junior Lokosa has once again failed to secure a deal with after undergoing trials for the second time in Europe.
Lokosa reportedly impressed in training with the Norwegian league side SK Brann, but today it was announced he will not be offered a contract.
According to a Norway Media outfit, aftenposten.no Lokosa’s agent, Abiodun Tella claimed that his client was traveling for a routine medical before signing a straight contract but in reality, SK Brann wanted to see how the striker fitted into the squad, in terms of his personality and abilities.
”Maybe the manager wants someone who can make an impact immediately, who is used to the playing system,” the player’s agent, Tella told aftenposten.no.
The 24-year-old forward has scored 19 goals this season in the NPFL, also failed to secure a deal at Bulgarian club PFC Ludogorets before the World Cup in Russia.
