Maja is single handedly leading Girondis Bordeaux promotion charge, earning the team precious points with his goals.

The forward has a productive campaign, bagging 16 goals and 6 assists for the club in the league.

Bordeaux are third on league standing, although levelled on points with second place Metz.

Both sides are tied on 69 points going into the final game of the season this weekend.

Maja and his teammates must beat Rodez and hope FC Metz drop points against to SC Bastia to secure promotion back to Ligue 1.
