She scored the solo goal in their 1-0 victory over Manchester City Women in the final of the Perth International Football Cup at HBF Park in Australia.
Echegini converted a late penalty in the 88th minute, securing the victory for the French giants.
The penalty was awarded after Manchester City defender Kerstin Casparij fouled PSG substitute Tara Elimbi Gilbert in the box.
