Alex Iwobi played only six minutes in Saturday’s North London Derby but, he surely savored the victory against Arsenal’s city rivals Tottenham in the 2-0 win at the Emirates.
Iwobi came off the bench in in the 84th minute and still managed two attempts on goal plus an 80% pass success rate.

The 21-year-old had earned the praise of Manager Arsene Wenger just 24-hour before match day with the Gunner Boss highlighting the forward’s much improved marksmanship.
According to Wenger, “Before he used to Rush his finishing. But his finishing against Argentina showed the composure of a guy who knows what he;s doing, and with his left foot as well.
“He’s worked a lot on his finishing and he improved a lot. Compared to one year ago, the difference is unbelievable.”

Iwobi notched a brace against the Albiceleste in an international friendly, helping Nigeria to a dramatic 4-2 come back win.
