Nigerian sprinter Usheoritse Itsekiri delivered a strong performance in the men’s 100m event at the Edmonton Athletics Invitational on Thursday.
Itsekiri finished second with a time of 10.10 seconds (+1.1).
The Nigerian arrived the finish line slightly behind favourite Duan Asemota claimed victory, clocking in at 10.07 seconds.
Ghana’s top sprinter Joseph Amoah rounded out the podium, taking third place with a time of 10.14 seconds.
