Fidelis Ilechukwu has revealed his displeasure after his side lost 3-1 in a 2016/2017 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Match Day 25 fixture in Kano.‎

Fidelis Ilechukwu has stated that despite his side loosing three points on Sunday, the race is still on for any team to win the league.

He saw his team fight back from a goal down to level terms at 1-1, but his team conceded two goals late in the game.

Ilechukwu said: “My team played well but some things happened which I won’t like to talk about but we must improve.

“Winning the league is going to be tough, but I’m confident that securing a continental ticket is a viable possibility for the club,”.

MFM will play Sunshine Stars in their next NPFL game scheduled for 25th June.
