Rangers have released eight players from its squad ahead of the 2023/2024 football season.

According to a club statement, the Rangers hierarchy management took the decision following the recommendations of the technical crew led by new gaffer Fidelis Ilechukwu.

The players involved are; Chidera Ezeh (RB), Jacob John (LB), Innocent Gabriel (DM).

Others are Emmanuel Charles (DM), Reuben Bala (CF), Adam Musa (CF), Rabiu Adamu (RB) and Onyekozuru Okoro (RB).

Meanwhile, the retained players are expected back in camp this weekend for full training sessions to begin on July 17.
