Kelechi Iheanacho wants more from Leicester City, despite fine start to the Championship campaign.
The Foxes have adjusted quickly to life in the second division, recording seven wins from eight league matches, including a 1-4 win against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on Sunday.
Leicester are now two points clear at the top of the table, but Iheanacho is not satisfied.
“Yes we are top of the table, but it’s a tough league, so we have to keep going, because there are a lot of games.”
“We have a big squad, hopefully we manage ourselves and keep learning and moving game by games.
“At the end of the season, we’ll see where we are.”
Iheanacho put Leicester in control of the game after scoring from the penalty spot.
“They move a lot. We watched them a lot on the video, so we knew that. We tried to control the situation, but unfortunately, they got back in the game. We stayed calm and continued working hard.
“We kept going to earn the second goal. It was a really tough game for us, but I think we controlled it more in the second half. It was a great team performance,” He concluded.
