Nigeria U17 girls national team player Amarachi Odoma has stated that Nigeria’s huge win over Guinea U17 women national team will send fear to their next opponent Ghana in the FIFA U17 women world cup qualifiers.
Odoma speaking in a chat with brila.net said the win was as expected and deliberate by the Flamingos in a bid to make a strong statement that the team mean business in the qualifying campaign and send fear to their opponent.
“I’m very happy, excited and honoured today, it is my happiest day. It means a lot to us because what we are expecting is to win them very well and again we are preparing for the next match so that our opponent will be afraid of us which is Ghana.”
