Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa was in action for Fatih Karagumruk against Besiktas on Saturday.
The Nigerian winger was given a starting role by Fatih Karagumruk manager Francesco Farioli and it was the third time, he’s starting him this season.
Musa played the entire minutes of the match at the Vodafone Park, but he couldn’t save his team from going down 1-0 to the hosts.
Musa has scored once in his three league appearances for the Istanbul-based club this season.
Former Shakhtar Donetsk Brazilian midfielder Alex Teixeira scored the only goal of the game for Besiktas in the 36th minute.
Fatih Karagumruk finished the game with ten players as Salih Ucan was dismissed after picking up two yellow card.
The defeat leaves Fatih Karagumruk in 10th position with four points from three games played.
