He Just Can’t Stop Scoring! Olanrewaju nets a Brace for Austria Wien in 3-0 win

Kayode Olanrewaju’s brace against Ried in the Tipico Bundesliga match on Saturday took his goal tally for the current league season to 16, three than he managed in his debut season for Austria Wien.

The 24-year-old shot Austria Wien to a 3-0 victory over the bottom club Ried; scoring in minutes 16 and 21 at the 14,000 capacity Generali Arena.

The former ASEC Mimosa forward has now scored 23 goals for Austria Wien this season in all competitions, which also makes him the club’s leading scorer this term – and by a mile.

His goals exploit has puts him up there as one of Nigeria’s hottest prospects in Europe and a potential transfer bride in the summer.

Kayode disclosed to brila.net last week that he could be on the move from Austria Wien after the current season.

His goals have been crucial for the club, in their bid to play in any of Europe’s club competitions. And as it stands, a return to the Europa League is the most likely prize for Die Veilchen.
