Nigerian rising track and field star Tima Godbless has secured a spot in the upcoming Paris Olympics in the women’s 100m event following her impressive performance at the NCAA East Regionals.

Despite finishing behind McKenzie Long, who clinched victory with a time of 10.92 seconds, Godbless’ performance was enough to secure her qualification for the prestigious global event.

She clocked a new Personal Best (PB) of 11.03 seconds with a favorable wind condition of +0.5.

Her impressive performance not only secured her Olympic qualification but also propelled her to the NCAA Championships final.
