Super Falcons player, Gift Monday has extended her stay with Spanish club, UD Tenerife, signing a new three-year contract that will keep her at the Canary Islands-based team until 2027.

The 22 year-old forward originally joined Tenerife from Nigerian club Bayelsa Queens in 2022 and has since made 27 league appearances, scoring five goals.

Speaking about the deal, club owner S. Batista said, “We want to build a solid team by renewing the important players.”

Gift Monday looks forward to helping her team in the upcoming seasons with her new contract.
