Odion Ighalo believes the Black Stars are capable of causing the Super Eagles troubles when they meet in Abuja on Tuesday.
Ighalo believes the Ghananians have nothing to lose and will come out like a wounded lions in the second leg of the FIFA World Cup qualification playoff .
The first leg ended in stalemate — which means the Super Eagles have to win at home to qualify, while a victory or score draw will do it for the Black Stars.
Chatting with the media ahead of the game, Ighalo believes home advantage counts for nothing in such a tricky game .
He then warned his teammates to stay focus all through the encounter.
“I know it’s home advantage for us, but it counts for nothing in a game like this. Ghana has nothing to lose at this points, they’re going to come out and search for breakthrough.”
“We have to stay focus and be vigilant. We can’t afford to give anything away in this kind of game .”
“We know how important this is to Nigerians and we are going to make them happy by God’s grace”. He said.
