Fulham are reportedly interested in signing Ademola Lookman from German side RB Leipzig.
The Kicker reported that Premier League club Fulham are interested in signing 22-year-old RB Leipzig winger Ademola Lookman on loan.
The former England youngster joined Julian Nagelsmann’s side last summer for €18 million from Everton but has played just 13 competitive games since then.
Lookman has continued to be overlooked by the coaches and was an unused substitute in both RB Leipzig games this season vs FC Nürnberg and Mainz 05.
Scott Parker’s side has lost both of their opening two Premier League games and are interested in strengthening their team before the transfer closes.
Report also reveals that Leipzig, won’t stand in the way of the player and they are ready to recoup as much of the £16.5 million they invested in the player.
It remains to be seen if the two clubs can reach an agreement. But it is currently difficult to see Leipzig not being open to offers for Lookman.
However, Fulham may argue that a loan move to Craven Cottage could ultimately prove beneficial to Leipzig should they decide to cash in and want to recoup a significant fee for the youngster.
