Coventry City have reached an agreement to sign Brentford midfielder Frank Onyeka, according to multiple reports.
Per Fabrizio Romano, a deal has been agreed between all parties, with the move set to be a loan deal that includes an option to make the transfer permanent in the summer.
Onyeka has struggled for game time this season at Brentford, featuring for just 88 minutes across all competitions.
The move to Coventry is expected to give the Nigerian international regular minutes and a chance to rediscover his best form.
Coventry City have enjoyed an impressive campaign so far and currently sit top of the Championship with 58 points.

However, recent back-to-back defeats against Norwich City and QPR have raised concerns about momentum.
Onyeka’s arrival could prove crucial in stabilizing the midfield as the Sky Blues look to get their promotion push back on track.
