FC Barcelona head coach, Hans-Dieter Flick has been named the La Liga Manager of the Month for March.
The German-born manager emerged victorious over Real Betis’ Manuel Pellegrini and Celta Vigo’s Claudio Giráldez to claim the award.
Barcelona secured two impressive victories in March, registering an aggregate scoreline of 8-2.
The first came in a dominant 4-0 win over Real Sociedad at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys,
followed by a thrilling 4-2 comeback victory against Atletico Madrid at the Riyadh Air
Metropolitano.
This recognition marks Flick’s fourth Manager of the Month award since he assumed the role at
the start of the 2024/2025 season, having previously won the award in August 2024, October
2024, and February 2025.
FC Barcelona currently sit atop the La Liga standings, level on points (60) with rivals Real
Madrid but leading on goal difference (+16) and maintaining a four-point cushion over third-
placed Atletico Madrid.
