Dele-Bashiru was rewarded for his fine start to Turkish Lig campaign with an invitation for October’s International break. The 22-year-old has four goals and two assists for his club this season and could a part in the friendlies against Mozambique and Saudi Arabia. “I am very happy and excited to receive an invitation from the Nigerian National Team. “I’ll go there and do my best. I will play for the Nigerian people,” he told Turkish news outlet, Hurriyet. Nigeria will battle Saudi Arabia in Portimao, on October 13, before facing Mozambique three days later. The team will camp in Faro, Portugal for the games.
