Coach Finidi George is full of praises for his star attacker Emeka Obioma following his excellent goal scoring run this season.

Enyimba signed Obioma from neighbors Abia Warriors and the forward has become an instant hit at the club.

Obioma is the leading scorer in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season, with seven goals from eight games.

He both goals against visiting Shooting Stars on Wednesday, his second brace of the campaign.

“He should have scored more goals, we are happy for him. Anything he touches goes in and we’re expecting the third goal against Shooting Stars but that didn’t happen, maybe in the next game, we are all happy for him.” Finidi told the press.

Finidi George added that the technical crew will make sure Obioma does not rest on his oars, insisting they’ll continue to motivate him to do more.

“Great form he’s got, and his attitude is perfect and brilliant. We keep encouraging and pushing him to get the best out of him.” He said.
