Super Eagles midfielder Uche Agbo finally made his long-awaited debut for Rayo Vallecano on Saturday in their 2-0 win against Valencia at the Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas.
The defensive midfielder broke a personal record after helping Rayo Vallecano beat Valencia as it was the first time he had a winning debut for his club since moving to Europe in 2014.
Agbo who has previously been on the books of Udinese and Watford, he never played a competitive game for both clubs.
He also ended up on the losing side when he made his debut for Granada II in the Segunda B against San Fernando CD on April 6, 2014.
After that, things got better for Uche as he helped Standard Liege secure a 1-1 draw with KV Mechelen in his first game in the Jupiler Pro League on July 30, 2017.
Agbo was a member of the Super Eagles preliminary 30-man World Cup Squad before he was dropped by Coach Gernot Rohr in the final 23-man List for the Mundial in Russia.
