Final PPG table took me by surprise, says Rivers boss Eguma

Rivers United Technical Adviser Stanley Eguma has stated that it is really surprising to see his side drop to the third position on the log table of 2019 /2020 NPFL league season.

Eguma made this known in a chat with brila.net exclusively stated that he knows the rules and he had gone through it oftentimes but the final table shocked him.
He further stated that how the table was that delayed by LMC before it eventually came out was also a thing of a surprise to him but however he noted that, every action on the matter is not for him to take but the management of Rivers United.
“To me as an individual its a surprised to me because I know the rules, I have gone through the rules,” he told brila.
”What we were expecting from LMC is not what we are seeing now, and I am surprised how LMC took up to two months to come up with such a decision,”
It remains unclear if the final decision received the support of Rivers United, and we await a reaction from the club’s management as opined by Coach Stanley Eguma but with the LMC being the regulating body, it appears they will have little option than to go along with the decision.
