Robo Queens’ head coach Emmanuel Osahon has offered his insights into what the Nigeria U-20 Women’s NT, Falconets, need to excel at the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

According to Osahon, the team currently lacks a proficient attacking midfielder and a lethal striker capable of consistently finding the back of the net.

The Falconets are set to face formidable opponents in Group C, where they will compete against Germany, Venezuela, and South Korea.

As the team gears up for these challenging fixtures, Osahon’s observations could prove crucial in addressing the squad’s tactical shortcomings.

“The problem is that if you get the right striker, what we need is the right goal punchers, not with the defensive,” Osahon explained.

“I watched them keenly against Ghana. I know that this team is good, but in this area, they need a good passer. A good passer, somebody that will give you a pass that will result in a goal. And you need a good finisher. Finish.”
