Fenerbahce Targets Moffi for Summer Transfer

Turkish football giant Fenerbahce is reportedly setting its sights on OGC Nice forward Terem Moffi as a potential addition to their squad this summer.

Despite having a strong attacking lineup that includes Cengiz Ünder, Emre Mor, Mehmet Nayir, and Edin Dzeko, newly appointed manager Jose Mourinho is keen to bolster his options further.

According to Koray Güçlü, as cited by Transfer Postasi, Fenerbahce is interested in bringing Moffi to Istanbul.

The Nigerian striker currently plays for Ligue 1 club Nice and might be enticed by the opportunity to compete in the Champions League and work under Mourinho’s leadership.

However, the transfer could face challenges due to Moffi’s high valuation.

Nice is reportedly asking around €45 million for the forward. Moffi joined Nice from Lorient in 2023, initially on loan for €2.5 million, with a mandatory purchase clause at the end of the season for €22.5 million plus an additional €5 million in add-ons.
