Baring any last minute changes, Super Eagles full back, Bright Osayi-Samuel will be playing his club football away from Turkey next season.
Reports from Turkey claim Fenerbahçe are ready to cash in and will entertain offers.
The Turkish Super Lig holds the player in high regard, but were forced to take the decision after the TFF announced that it will continue with the 8 + 3 foreign rule for clubs next season.
In addition, Fenerbahçe also needs funds to balance their books and Osayi-Samuel is one of the club’s valuable assets whose sale can help ease their financial burden.
“It has been learned that Fenerbahçe expects €10m of income for Samuel, whom they added to the squad for €500,000 during the 2020-21 season.
“It is also likely they’ll reinvest the money back into the club, by signing Turkish player, Mert Müldür,” the report stated.
