Federation Cup MVP Blessing Okpe Heads to Turkey

Former Falconets’ player, Blessing Okpe is reportedly finalizing a move to a club in Turkey.
The details of the transfer and name of the club is still undisclosed.
According to reports, the forward player will be traveling to Turkey Wednesday to complete the deal.
Okpe currently plays for the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) side, Rivers Angels who won 2024 President Federation Cup.
The 21-year old striker was awarded the most valuable player of the tournament.
She joined the Port-Harcourt based club in 2021 and has been a key player for the side that finished second in the NWFL last season.
Blessing Okpe has also represented Nigeria’s U-20 side in 2022 that got eliminated in the quarterfinals of the competition.
