Former coach of Nigeria women’s national team Edwin Okon has stated that the Super Falcons actually needs the services of a psychologist more now than before due to the current tensed atmosphere in the team with the team handler’s outburst and the Federation’s response ahead of the team’s participation at the upcoming FIFA women’s world cup in Australia and New Zealand.
Okon speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said while the Falcons needs a psychologist, the team’s current handler Randy Waldrum won’t allow the psychologist to function based on first hand experience he witnessed while he was in the team as a chief scouting officer for the Falcons.
