Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman is eagerly anticipating tonight’s UEFA Europa League final against Bayer Leverkusen, set to take place at the Aviva Stadium.

Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta side aims to secure their first European title as they face the Bundesliga champions, who boast an unbeaten streak of 51 games across all competitions this season.

Lookman said Atalanta must deliver a perfect performance to stand a chance against Xabi Alonso’s squad.

“A big occasion for us as a club, as players, as a team, so I’m looking forward to it. We need to be at the top of our game.

“We know that coming into the tie against a top team, we play top football,” the Nigeria international told the club’s official website.

“Like we’ve shown this season we play our football to the best of our abilities and we do the necessary.” He concluded.

The winger will face his national teammates Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella who are with Leverkusen.

Ademola Lookman has 12 goals and 7 assists in 42 games for Atalanta this season.
