Thursday Night football adventure continued for Alex Iwobi and Arsenal as they travelled to Sweden, Saw and Conquered against a below par Ostersunds in a round of 32 Europa League match.
Iwobi played all 90minutes and helped the Gunners cruise to a comfortable 3-0 win on a cold night in Östersund.
The Arsenal youngster may or may not have been away, but Ostersunds fielded fellow Nigeria Alhaji Gero – he however played only 45 minutes.

His effort led to Arsenal’s first goal after his shot was parried into the path of Nacho Monreal, who simply had to tuck it in from inside the six-yard area.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s effort came off a defender to double Arsenal’s lead in the first half before Mesut Ozil added a third on 58 minutes.
The home side had the chance to score a consolation after Hector Bellerin bundled over an opponent inside the box.
However, Tom Pettersson’s penalty was saved by, captain on the night, David Ospinas to help the EPL club keep a clean sheet and hold a firm advantage into the second-leg.
