Amas Obasogie has been announced as a Fasil Kenema Sporting Club player, the Ethiopian side confirmed the signing.

The club officially announced the transfer on Saturday after reaching an agreement with the player several weeks ago.

Obasogie joins Fasil Kenema following an impressive 2023-2024 season with Bendel Insurance in the Nigeria Premier Football League, where he won the prestigious Golden Glove award.

The goalkeeper has signed a two-year contract with the Ethiopian outfit, with an option for an additional year.

Obasogie was also part of Nigeria’s squad for the recent Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.
