Coach of high flying newly promoted NPFL side Dakada FC Caleb Esu has revealed the secret behind the staying power of the Uyo based side after an impressive run in the NPFL after 18 rounds of matches.
Esu speaking in a chat with brila.net aftermath of another impressive 1-1 draw last time against Wikki tourist said the secret has been to give the players the confidence and freedom to express themselves in away games just as they would also normally be encouraged to do in home games.
“What I can do at home, I can also do away so I give my players the confidence that even though we are away we are playing as if we are playing at home.
“We play our own game tactically speaking and take every of the opportunity that comes our way and stop every of our opponent from scoring us and I think that has helped us a great deal.”
