The goal-scoring influence of Chukwuemeka Obioma for Enyimba this season has earned him praises from teammate Eze Ekwutoziam.

Obioma has scored 14 goals in the NPFL, including a hat-trick against Gombe United recently.

His goalscoring form is also propelling the People’s Elephant to a playoff spot after several disappointing seasons.

Ekwutoziam claims that the Forward’s speed, power, and precise finishing presents a significant challenge for opponents.

“Obioma has much hunger and thirst for goals,” he stated. “He’s always in the right place at the right time, and if he’s the highest goal-scorer, it is for a reason.

“He’s a very important player for us and I’m very happy to have him on my side.”
