Coach of Enyimba FC and one of Nigeria’s CAF champions league representative Usman Abdallah has stated that all the Peoples Elephant want is to qualify to the next round of the CAF champions league and will welcome any result that qualifies the team.
Abdallah speaking in a chat with brila.net acknowledged the enormity of the task before Enyimba who lost the first leg 1-0 away from home but was quick to submit that no matter how tough the task may look, Enyimba will find a way around the tie to progress by picking any result that will hand the team the desired qualification.
“It’s tough the 1-0 loss, we started late, notwithstanding we are looking at how we can cancel it but most importantly it’s just to qualify and go to the next round.
So whatever result that will qualify us is welcome, that’s what we need.”
