Nigeria’s sprinter Enoch Adegoke had a good outing in the men’s 100m event at the True Athletes Classic held in Leverkusen on Saturday.
Adegoke surged to a Season’s Best (SB) time of 10.12 seconds with a favorable wind of +1.9, securing the 2nd position in the men’s B race.
The performance was his best since the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where he clocked an impressive 9.98 seconds.
The top spot in the race was claimed by Yannick Wolf of Germany, who set a personal best of 10.08 seconds, closely followed by Adegoke.
Lucas Ansah completed the podium, securing the 3rd position with a time of 10.15 seconds.
Adegoke’s strong showing underscores his continued progress in recent months.
