Super Eagles forward, Chidera Ejuke scored for his German Bundesliga club Herta Berlin in their friendly game against of Eintracht Braunschweig on Wednesday.

The game against the Bundelisga II side is part of Hertha Berlin preparations for the league resumption.

He netted the goal in the 61st minutes of the encounter and it was enough to earn Hertha Berlin a victory as the game ended 2-0.

Ejuke will hope to the goal-scoring form into the season as he’s yet to score a competitive goal for the capital city-based club, since joining earlier in the year on loan from the Russia Premier League side CSKA Moscow.

The attacker has just three assists in fifteen Bundelisga matches this season.

Hertha Berlin will restart their campaign against VFL Bochum on the 21s of January 2023.
