Chidera Ejuke was on target for CSKA Moscow in their league win over Rotor Volgograd in their Russian Premier League clash on Monday night.
The game ended 2-0 and it was Ejuke who opened the scoring for the home team late in the first half.
The former Heerenveen winger teed up with midfielder up Arnor Sigurdsson, before slotting the ball past the goalkeeper.
It was Ejuke’s third goal of the season from 20 league appearances for CSKA Moscow this season.
The former Heerenveen dazzler was later subbed off and replaced by Vladislav Yakovlev in the 88th minute.
Venezuelan forward Salomon Rondon wrapped up the three points for CSKA Moscow with the second goal in the 70th minutes.
The Super Eagles winger Ejuke was named the man of the award after the game.
