Super Eagles players Chidera Ejuke and Kelechi Iheanacho continue to search for their first victory of the season with Sevilla after a 2-0 defeat to Girona at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Sunday.

Ejuke was included in Sevilla’s starting lineup as the team aimed for their first win of the season.

The winger put in a decent performance, contributing two shots on goal, completing four successful dribbles, and creating one chance. Ejuke played the full 90 minutes of the match.

Meanwhile, Kelechi Iheanacho, who started Sevilla’s previous game against Mallorca, was relegated to the bench for this encounter.

Following the loss, Sevilla remain in a precarious position, sitting 19th in the league table with just two points from a possible twelve.
