Coach of Nigeria’s sole continental survivor Rivers United Stanley Eguma has stated that everything about their CAF Confederation cup campaign will come down to the result achieved in today’s group game against KCCA of Uganda.
Eguma in a chat with brila.net said the group is still very much open with a win for his side today and that they will try as much as possible not to play under pressure despite the reality of losing grip on qualification should they lose at home today.
“We know we have to win and we cannot afford to drop points playing at home. The group is open and all we have to do to help ourselves is to beat KCCA in our home and then help our course to qualify from the group.”
