Interim Super Eagles coach Austin Cerezo Eguavoen has maintained that his side gave their all but were just unlucky on a number of fronts from a mistake that was punished, to the officials not allowing advantage when Nigeria could have had breakaways in the course of the round of 16 game against Tunisia which the Eagles lost 1-0.
Eguavoen speaking in a chat gathered by brila.net after the defeat congratulated the opposition team for getting the quarter final ticket ahead of Nigeria.
He also added that the team not just able to produce their best on the day.
