Edo Queens have emerged as the champions of the WAFU-B Women’s Championship, securing their place in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

The Nigerian team in the final, defeated Benin Republic’s Ainonvi FC 3-0 to claim the title.

The victory not only crowned them champions of the WAFU B tournament but also ensured their qualification for the prestigious CAF Women’s Champions League.

“The girls have shown incredible resilience and skill throughout this journey. Their qualification for the CAF Women’s Champions League is a testament to their hard work and determination,” Coach Moses Aduku said after the game.

Edo Queens now join the ranks of Nigerian clubs that have qualified for the CAF Women’s Champions League.
