Tyrone Ebuehi and his Empoli teammates gave a below par performance in the side’s Serie A match against Bologna on Sunday.

Ebuehi was on parade as Empoli lost 3-0 at Renato Dall’Ara stadium.

The Nigerian was on from start to finish, making his fifth league appearances for the struggling side.

It took Bologna 21 minutes to open the scoring through Riccardo Orsolini’s moment of individual magic.

The 26-year-old doubled Thiago Motta’s side lead six minutes after hour mark and successfully completed his hat-trick in the added time.

It’s Empoli’s sixth defeat from seven games so far this season, and they have scored just a goal this season and have conceded 15 times.

The latest defeat leaves the club 19th on the league table, while Bologna moves to seventh.
