Striker Anthony Ujah has signed a three and half year deal – till 2021 – with Bundesliga side Mainz 05.
The club announced the return of Ujah to Europe and the Bundesliga on Wednesday.
Ujah, 27, has a history with Mainz, FC Koln and Werder Bremen but, returns to his first German club after a season in the Chinese Super League with Liaoning Whowin.
He joins Nigeria defender Leon Balogun, who welcomed the striker on Twitter.
