Former Super Eagles player Edema Fuludu has described the 2-0 loss to the Madagascar National team in the ongoing African Cup of Nations as a disappointing one.
Fuludu in a chat with brila.net made this known via an interview that the super eagles made a disappointing show against a low rated team of football.
“Losing to Madagascar, according to him ‘a lot of Nigerians were disappointed with the team’s display.
”It’s unfortunate that we have to lose against Madagascar considering the fact that our ranking in Africa and even the world at large in football is very wide ”
”They disappointed every Nigeria who is a passionate fan of the Super Eagles and football, even me I’m disappointed, when a man bites a dog it becomes news, Madagascar is the man that had just bitten a dog ” Fuludu said.
The Super Eagles who are now second on the log of group B with six points while Madagascar top the group with seven points, Guinea third with four points while Burundi last on the log with no point.
